I love getting students excited about music and helping them make progress with every lesson.

My lessons take place in a context that is supportive, stimulating, and goal-oriented.

I place great emphasis on fostering creativity, as well as on technique, ear training, music theory, and on the use of both contemporary songs and classical repertoire. 

My students have been accepted to Berklee College of Music, Columbia, McGill, NYU, Rutgers, and University of California, among others.
