About Me
Hi There!
I'm Joao Martins - musician, professor, and composer.
I hold a PhD in History and Theory of Music from the
University of California and a B.M. from Berklee College of
Music in Piano Performance and Film Scoring/Composition.
I
teach at Occidental College in Los Angeles, in my private music
studio in OC, and online.
I have toured the US,
Europe, Brazil, and South Korea, and I compose and arrange music
for film, theater, and dance.
